She has served on many provincial and regional committees in health care planning. She has served on pharmaceutical advisory boards of all the drugs approved for the treatment of Alzheimer’s in Canada since 1986 as well as for many that did not. She leads the way in Canada in the recognition of insulin resistance as causal to Alzheimer’s Disease and has created the first Alzheimer’s Prevention Clinic in Canada.
